Our Firm

Focused on leveraging our experience and expertise to create value for our investors through the ownership of strategically located parking and transportation infrastructure assets nationwide.

MISSION

LAZ Parking Realty Investors (LPRI) is a private company, founded in 2007 by an experienced team of real estate and parking professionals. Our mission is to identify, diligence, and acquire parking and transportation infrastructure assets nationwide, where we see opportunities to create value through experienced ownership and operation. We target assets within the central business districts of the top 50 U.S. markets, with particular emphasis on strategically located assets supported by diverse and proximate demand drivers.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to traditional parking investments, we are actively focused on the evolving mobility landscape, including electric vehicle infrastructure, fleet-based parking, and logistics-oriented uses such as last-mile delivery.

Although LPRI is a completely separate legal entity from LAZ Parking, the overlap of several LPRI principals across the two platforms ensures a valuable sharing of resources and experience with the second largest US parking operator. LAZ Parking’s business and employee base of 2,700 parking operations and 11,000 employees respectively, provides critical market intelligence, underwriting capabilities and business plan execution.

PARKED AT THE INTERSECTION OF EXPERTISE AND OPPORTUNITY

LPRI acts as sponsor, and active investor, in every parking asset we acquire, working with a variety of institutional and private investors; which vary by asset size, geography and specific asset profile. In the past 10 years, LPRI has acquired in excess of 60 individual parking assets; ranging in size from $1 million to $165 million, and geographies from Boston to San Francisco and Seattle to Jacksonville. Our experience extends over virtually every type of parking asset, from simple surface lots to complex mixed-use garages, and includes assets whose primary demand comes from office, retail, residential, hotels, sporting events and airports.
