Larry Stubbs

Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Larry is the senior Managing Partner at LPRI and oversees the acquisitions group and the origination and execution of parking investments for LPRI. Based in Boston, he has over 30 years of real estate and parking experience. He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Ted Silverman

Partner & Chief Operating Officer

Ted joined LPRI as its Senior Vice President in December of 2019 and has since assumed the COO role. He assists in overseeing the real estate investment, asset management, and accounting groups. Based in Boston, he previously served as Managing Director of Blumberg and Freilich Equities, a diversified family real estate office, where he managed day-to-day operations and provided strategic leadership. Ted received his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business and did his undergraduate work at Brandeis University.

Ben Karp

Partner & SVP of Investments

Ben serves as Partner & Senior Vice President of Investments at LPRI and is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and executing new investment opportunities. While at LPRI, Ben has helped acquire and deploy more than $100 million of capital into parking assets throughout the U.S. Prior to LPRI, he worked on the investment sales teams at Boston Realty Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. Ben holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a BS from Tulane University.

Alan Lazowski

Chairman & CEO, LAZ Parking

Al co-founded LAZ Parking in June of 1981 while attending the University of Connecticut. Based in Hartford, he oversees all facets of LAZ Parking’s management, operations, acquisitions, capital partnerships, and growth strategy as well as playing a primary role in developing and implementing the investment strategies of LPRI. Widely considered a pioneer in the parking industry, he sits on numerous boards and is deeply involved in many charitable causes.

Jeffrey Karp

President & Co-Founder, LAZ Parking

Jeff has played a significant role in the overall direction of LAZ Parking and LPRI. He oversees the growth initiatives, parking, and hotel valet operations and coordinates the business development activities on a national scale. Based in Boston, Jeff has been instrumental in the development of personnel, maximization of the bottom line, and creation of fundamental business partnerships. He is also an active member in a number of philanthropic groups locally in the Boston area.

Michael J. Kuziak

Chief Operating Officer, LAZ Parking

Michael is a principal in LPRI and has been instrumental in the acquisition of core parking assets and institutional parking concessions. He is actively involved in setting strategy and is a member of the investment committee. Michael joined LAZ Parking in 1981 as a valet parking attendant while earning his degree in finance and marketing at the University of Hartford. He serves many community-based organizations and works with many local charities in Florida and Connecticut.

Peter Levin

Partner, LAZ Parking Realty Investors

As the Chief Investment Officer of LAZ Parking Realty Investors, LLC, Mr. Levin is responsible for developing and overseeing real estate investment activities and privatization investments for LAZ Parking. In addition, Mr. Levin oversees the asset management and accounting teams for LAZ Parking Realty Investors, LLC. Mr. Levin is responsible for financing acquisitions with third party debt and maintaining lender relationships. Based in Boston, Massachusetts Mr. Levin has over 27 years of real estate and capital markets experience. Previously, Mr. Levin was a Managing Director of AEW Capital Management where he managed the Capital Markets Group responsible for over $2.1 billion of transactions. Formerly, as Chief Financial Officer of the Hahn Company Mr. Levin oversaw all project finance and asset sales activities. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA from Haverford College.

Jenna Rice

Senior Vice President, Accounting

Jenna specializes in serving real estate organizations and draws from her vast experience in this space to propel LPRI forward. She has worked extensively in corporate accounting and finance, giving her a depth of knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic financial planning. Jenna earned her BS at Bentley University and MS at Bentley’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. 

Jay Fulcher

Vice President, Asset Management

Jay joined LPRI as its Vice President of Asset Management in October 2022. Based in Charlotte, he has more than 20 years of experience in real estate property and asset management. Jay is responsible for maximizing the portfolio’s performance and long-term value. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BA from UNC at Chapel Hill. Jay is also a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Certified Property Manager, and Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Matthew Gray

Vice President, Capital Projects

Matt joined LAZ in 2009, bringing with him over 8 years of Project Control and Project Management experience. Based out of Chicago, he serves as a liaison between LAZ and architects, engineering firms, and contractors. Locally, Matt manages and oversees all CapEx projects, facility repairs, and maintenance work, providing insight while assisting in the strategic implementation of projects and timelines. Matt holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Bert Hayden

Assistant Vice President, Operations

Bert brings over 25 years of immersive parking operations experience, including more than a decade working alongside LAZ Parking. Based in Atlanta, he supports asset management initiatives with a focus on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and driving development in historically stagnant markets. Bert holds a B.A., B.S., and M.A. from Valdosta State University.

Vince Bisesi

Senior Project Manager

Vince serves as senior project manager for LPRI. He is responsible for the installation of revenue control equipment and EV infrastructure portfolio wide, as well as helping to implement LPRI’s strategic EV goals and initiatives. Vince is also responsible for the implementation and coordination of all repair and maintenance items across the portfolio. Vince holds both an AAS in collision repair as well as network specialist from the Waukesha County Technical College.

Mac McCormick

Associate

Mac splits time between LAZ Parking and LAZ Parking Realty Investors (LPRI), supporting both organizations’ acquisition and investment strategies across parking, real estate, mobility infrastructure, and operating-company platforms. He partners closely with leadership on underwriting, valuation, diligence, and transaction execution, and is heavily involved in the preparation of investment committee materials, strategic analyses, and stakeholder presentations. Prior to joining LAZ, Mac worked at a consumer-focused M&A investment bank, advising clients primarily on sell-side transactions. He holds a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
